SHIPPING INFO
- Shipping pause: we will not ship the week of October 12th. Orders placed Monday, October 5th through Sunday, October 11th will ship on our following shipping day, Monday, October 19th.
- All orders ship on Mondays and/or Tuesdays. Orders placed after Sunday at 11:59 pm CST are not guaranteed to ship the following week.
- You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order leaves our kitchen.
- Most orders arrive within 1–2 business days after shipping. Delivery times are determined by the carrier and are outside of our control. Once your package is handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, rerouting, weather or other carrier-related issues.
- Please review your name, shipping address and phone number carefully before checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages or spoiled product caused by incorrect or incomplete information. Reshipping due to an incorrect address is at the customer's expense.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes. If a PO Box is entered, we will contact you for a residential address, which may delay your order.
- Pies are shipped insulated when weather and distance require it. Please refrigerate upon arrival. We are not responsible for packages left unattended after delivery.
OUR GUARANTEE
- If your pies arrive damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace or refund your order.
- This guarantee does not cover carrier delays after shipment, incorrect shipping information, or packages left unattended after delivery.
